We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to support our engineers on night work, Sunday to Thursday evenings. This is a unique entry point into the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, offering hands-on experience and a clear pathway into a skilled engineering role.
Responsibilities:
You will work alongside an engineer during night shifts, assisting with service and maintenance tasks and providing driving support as required. The position is based out of Basingstoke and involves travelling to customer sites during evening hours.
Full on-the-job training will be provided, and as you progress, you will have the opportunity to move into a trainee engineering role with increased responsibility.
Requirements:
Reliable, flexible and willing to learn
Comfortable working night shifts
Full UK driving licence
Professional attitude and good communication skills
