Crane Lift for Rooftop Condenser Replacement – A Recent Project at Cold Control

We recently completed a job that involved replacing a set of old rooftop condensers for one of our clients. The project called for some careful planning and coordination-not just on the HVAC side, but also in terms of access and logistics.

Because the new condensers were located on the roof, we arranged a contract lift through one of our trusted crane partners. For large-scale projects like this, we’re able to manage crane lifts via third parties as part of our full service offering. That means clients don’t need to coordinate separate contractors themselves, we handle it all.

The lift was carried out smoothly and safely, with the old units removed and the new ones positioned and installed without any issues. The updated condensers will give the client better energy efficiency and performance.
