Our 24-hour support and preventative maintenance minimise downtime, optimise running costs and most importantly, protect our clients’ investment. proudly boasts a service department that is second to none, offering complete backup on all equipment old and new. Specialising in all areas of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, here at Cold Control, our Service Department is often considered by many
of our clients as the most important aspect to our business. We are fully aware of our customers’ expectations and our 24-hour service guarantees our fully skilled engineers are available for prompt attendance on site.


We are constantly reviewing our engineers’ needs, to ensure they are fully trained in the very latest technical and environmental advancements. We offer a friendly, honest and professional service from installation through to service planned maintenance, to guarantee our clients are totally satisfied with our service.

To ensure service calls are attended to quickly and problems resolved swiftly, it is imperative that we can locate our engineers immediately. Cold Control has two methods of achieving this.

Firstly all our company vehicles are fitted with the latest satellite assisted tracking systems so we can pinpoint their location: secondly, each engineer is provided with a hand-held PDA, from which they can pick up information and emails, thus effectively extending our head office technical support to site level.

Cold Control’s fleet of Service Engineers operate from modern, comprehensively stocked vehicles. To ensure swift fault-finding with the least possible disruption to our clients, all
our engineers are fully equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment and they are constantly up-dated with the latest information, training and technological advancements.
Full departmental support is available to all engineers from Cold Control’s head office, together with fully equipped workshop facilities and additional spares.
